If you crave a more personal touch, I can customize your meal plans to fit your specific dietary needs, health goals, and/or taste preferences.  Whether you are avoiding dairy, targeting specific macro or protein goals, or have preferences like excluding onions, I’m here to create a meal plan tailored specifically for you.

About Me

Hey there! I’m Kesa, a small-town Wyoming girl with a passion for health and wellness. 

I’ve always had a curiosity for health and wellness, finding joy in mindful eating and staying active. About seven years ago, I decided to elevate that curiosity into a deep commitment. It wasn’t triggered by a single event but rather a conscious decision to set a goal – to become the healthiest version of myself. This journey has been a continuous process of growth. Fueled by a fascination of creating optimal health, I found myself falling in love with the transformative power of what we eat. 

Throughout the years, I’ve dedicated myself to empowering women to take control of their health, and I’ve discovered that nutrition is often the biggest challenge they face.  This realization led me to create “Healthy Made Easy,” where I aim to make healthy eating less overwhelming by providing easy-to-follow meal plans and e-books so you can embrace a healthier lifestyle with confidence.  

I understand the struggles that can come with nutrition, and that’s why I’m here — to share what I’ve learned, simplify the process and make healthy eating easy!  I firmly believe that food is medicine, and my approach is all about wholesome, minimally processed ingredients that taste as good as they make you feel.
